Die Verwendung von Sellerie reicht bereits bis ins China des 5. Jahrhunderts zurück und gilt seitdem als Klassiker in einer Vielzahl von Gerichten. Frischer Sellerie – wie man ihn auf örtlichen Wochenmärkten findet – kann bis zu 90 cm hoch werden, hat hellgrüne Blätter und strahlt vor Leben. Sellerie hat ein komplexes, kräftiges, süßes und würziges Aroma. Die Pflanze ist nach zwei Jahren voll ausgereift und bildet dann kleine, hellbraune bis braune Knollen. In den Samen befindet sich das ätherische Öl, das mittels Wasserdampfdestillation gewonnen wird.

  • Fügen Sie Ihrem morgendlichen Smoothie ein paar Tropfen für eine wohltuende Note hinzu
  • Geben Sie einige Tropfen des ätherischen Öls in ein Glas Wasser
  • Verleihen Sie Ihrer Diffuser-Mischung mit doTERRA Celery Seed eine interessante würzige sowie süßliche Note
  • Machen Sie es sich beim Kochen einfacher, indem Sie ätherisches Öl aus Selleriesamen statt frischen Sellerie verwenden

ANWENDUNG

Diffusion: Drei oder vier Tropfen in einem Diffuser Ihrer Wahl.

Verwendung als Lebensmittelzusatz: Einen Tropfen mit 125 mL Flüssigkeit verdünnen.

Anwendung auf der Haut:
Zur Massage 5 Tropfen Öl mit 10 mL Trägeröl mischen.
Für ein Bad 5 Tropfen Öl mit 5 mL Trägeröl mischen.
Als Parfum 1 Tropfen Öl mit 10 Tropfen Trägeröl mischen.
