  • doTERRA™ Deep Blue vor dem Sport auf Füße und Knie auftragen.
  • Reiben Sie die Beine von Kindern in der Wachstumsphase vor dem Schlafengehen mit einigen Tropfen Deep Blue verdünnt mit einem Trägeröl ein.
  • Reiben Sie die untere Rückenmuskulatur nach einem Umzug oder einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag, an dem Sie viel heben mussten, mit Deep Blue ein.

ANWENDUNG

Diffusion: Drei oder vier Tropfen in einem Diffuser Ihrer Wahl.

Anwendung auf der Haut:
Zur Massage 5 Tropfen Öl mit 10 mL Trägeröl mischen.
Für ein Bad 5 Tropfen Öl mit 5 mL Trägeröl mischen.
Als Parfum 1 Tropfen Öl mit 10 Tropfen Trägeröl mischen.
