Fenchel kann bis zu zwei Meter groß werden und hat zarte, gefiederte Blätter.   • Wenn Sie auf Süßigkeiten verzichten wollen, geben Sie einen Tropfen in Wasser oder Tee und trinken Sie diese Flüssigkeit als Ersatz.
  • Mit einem Trägeröl verdünnt in die Haut einmassieren, um ein Entspannungsgefühl zu fördern.
  • In Desserts sorgt doTERRA Fennel für zusätzliche Geschmacksintensität.

ANWENDUNG

Diffusion: Drei oder vier Tropfen in einem Diffuser Ihrer Wahl.

Verwendung als Lebensmittelzusatz: Einen Tropfen mit 125 mL Flüssigkeit verdünnen.

Anwendung auf der Haut:
Zur Massage 5 Tropfen Öl mit 10 mL Trägeröl mischen.
Für ein Bad 5 Tropfen Öl mit 5 mL Trägeröl mischen.
Als Parfum 1 Tropfen Öl mit 10 Tropfen Trägeröl mischen.
